You're very welcome Liv! Just think of the awesome shape your shoulders will have. If I'm not mistaken, guys love a woman in a thin strapped dress especially when they have sexy shapely shoulders.

I finally started moving my body this morning and all I got done was 25 crunches and 10 pushups and my legs are letting me know that I have offended them and exercised!

Yesterday I had my morning cup of cappuccino, a cup of coffee at work (cream

Staying satisfied is the key so you won't be tempted....

My legs rebelled from the extra push I gave yesterday, two advil and a good night sleep helped-not to mention a little endorphin kick early this am(go visit the Spicy thread). DH just went off to the gym, he wanted me to go but I have hair and nails to do today before my travels. My work requires me looking my best. :-)

Maybe my legs wouldn't be so wobbly if I'd gotten the endorphine kick after the crunches instead of before! (Go check out the spicy thread...Oh yeah!)

I think I'm going to have to stretch them a little before I get ready for work. Right now it's all about the girls.

When I went into work yesterday I was fresh showered with a brush run through my hair, some foundation, a sweater, blue jeans and steel toed work boots (aka my biker boots). We went to a funeral yesterday and I thought we might take the bike so I went to work dressed and ready. I think I will try to dress it up a little more clothes wise since it is Wednesday. The 'bosses' have a 'study' on Wednesdays.

I used to weigh 98 pounds. Had surgery back in April and left the hospital at 125 pounds. I'm down to 120 and seem to be stuck here. Some of it could be the meds. I feel all bloated, and I don't like carrying the extra weight. I do eat toast for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and dinner. I snack on things during the day, and trying to be good about not too much. I don't drink soda much at all. I just feel like all the exercising I'm doing isn't really doing anything.

When you go to put the code into your siggy, make sure you check the "Use your own HTML tags". Or sometimes I just right click, copy, then come back here and click paste.

Okay, I just edited out my own moment of weakness! Congratulations, Liv, on not opening the Baby Ruth bars. (Gee, this is going to be tough, I'll be thinking about them all day!)

Hmmmmm, I thought you were the one who mentioned the Mars malarkey (I love that word!). Hopefully that wasn't the cause of your electric problems -- otherwise, it might be up and down like the Dow!

I don't know the number, but I do know that sex burns off a lot of calories, providing you're an active participant. (LOL, just had to throw that in, not that it would apply to any of the members here.) I've actually tried using that approach to have DH get involved with my exercise program ... couldn't convince him that it should be such a vital part of my routine, at least not long term. Now, for you, I suspect you're burning some serious calories ;-)
