My pad is not that bad that all you see is the head but I sure do look puny that way.
I weighed in this morning so I am starting at 247.
Lab work came back and my cholesterol is in the normal range (barely) but that's after 3 years of trying to get it down. When all this started it was over 600 and my triglycerides were incalculable. Now my HDL is 41 and my LDL is 72.
My diabetes is still a bit off. Overnight regulation is still not good morning number of 155.
So here is where I start. Ticker should be ready today sometime.

Well, I've started this morning by not putting much sugar in my tea. It's hard because certain things I am limited to what I can eat. Salads I really shouldn't eat, except occasionally.

Thanks for the comment on the siggy. I should have looked around and gotten a new one for this season, but I haven't had as much computer time lately.

I didn't realize you couldn't eat salads and stuff. I know cottage cheese is a good thing though. Do you like the cherries and pineapples on a baked ham? I do! (It's practically the only way I eat either.) Well, our market has it's own brand of yogurt that is the exact flavor. It's soooooooo good!!!! I don't really care for yogurt, but I'm becoming addicted to this particular one.

I think it's because there are too many germs on certain greens. They probably don't think you can really clean them good enough. I can't eat

I ate a small bowl of Multi-grain Cheerios for breakfast at 6 this morning - 205 calories with the 1/2 cup of fat free milk.

Your DW is a wise woman! I know that weighing yourself everyday shows all sorts of fluctuations, which can lead to stopping you right in your tracks.

I'll only be updating my own ticker once a week or so too.
