You turned down chocolate! Damn girl! You are in this for the long haul!


I think I need to slow down and start with some nice stretching exercises as well until I am in good enough shape to really start exercising. Stretching is a good place to start.


I hope that salad was a nice 'filling' salad. I'd never have the will power to not eat after just having one of those.

98 pounds?! I wish I could be that small again! (That was more like a jr. high weight for me)


You need to look at what kind of things you are snacking on and how late in the evening you are snacking. Did I ask you if you drink sodas yet? If I haven't then stop. Those will submarine you everytime!


Meds can play a big role in your weight. Have you checked the side effects to see what they are for whatever you're on? That would be a great place to start. If you like to use salt you might want to try real sea salt (and I'm not talking the stuff you get in the store) I get the 'good' stuff from some people I know. It is MUCH better for you than the store bought stuff.


Let me know what you find out about the side effects of your meds. You can e-mail me. Not everyone has to know. ;)

Share as MUCH or as LITTLE as you want. I know for many, writing it and reading it can be helpful for all. Sometimes we do something and we don't realize it-for good or not, until we see it written down. I love that I really wanted a Wendy's Frosty today but coming here and having to share (not confess!) helped me come home and eat an apple. I feel better for it!

Very few calories in them fudgsickles....btw I do have some real ones, sugar free that are only 40 calories each. I reach for them when the sweet craving gets to me. They helped me get ready for my photo shoot!

I forgot to add, my exercise after my 30 minute frolic with dh this morning, consited of 2 hours sitting getting my hair done, 2 hours sitting getting maincure and pedicure, 2 hours driving around town doing errands. Where is that chart that shows caloric expenditure of sex??

I walk around my building here at work every morning. It's not that big. Then about a 20 minute walk to the post office. I do most of my exercises at home after work.
