Hunh? Your guy loses his erection and your first thought is that he's fooling around on you?
Sometimes you just lose an erection. Sometimes you aren't that into it. Sometimes you orgasm without ejaculating. Sometimes medicine or stress or fatigue make it hard to keep an erection. Sometimes in the middle of sex you suddenly remember you forgot to pay the rent, or your partner does something that squicks you.
ANY of these are more likely to cause a loss of erection than fooling around. Unless you have some other reason to suspect him of being unfaithful, just cut him a little slack and go with the flow.
FWIW, when I lose an erection (it happens sometimes), I'm usually just a couple minutes of oral or hand job away from a new erection.
As the other members have already said, the loss of an erection is something that just happens sometimes. If it's rare, I wouldn't worry about it. If it happens frequently, then he should really see his doctor about it. It can be a sign of a more serious medical condition if that's the case.
It means absolutely NOTHING.
