Hairy Body Means Hairy Pubic Area?

I was having a recent discussion with a friend. We were talking about men who are hairy. This is the type that has a hairy chest, hairy arms, hairy back, and hair on the below the chest area. This is what we were wondering. If a man is this hairy in these areas, is it pretty much on target to assume that he will have a LOT of pubic hair? Hair on the balls, big bush, etc.?

Typically, yes, but not always. Just as many relatively hairless women, like myself, can be quite hairy in that area, then the opposite could be true for men but genetics determine which areas will be hairy and which won't.

When it comes to judging one area of a body by the appearance of another area.....I wouldn't bet money. A man can be very hairy in one area, and not in another. Bald men can have hairy bodies. Men with hairy arms and legs can have bare chests, etc.

I knew a guy that was hairy everywhere, including his back, but was nothing special or different in the pubic area.

You'd think it'd be a safer bet than not, but that human body is still too unpredictable to place a bet on it IMO.

Some of us have to shave or trim just to be able to FIND our manhood. LOL

Your son's friend is proof of "genetic" influence! American Indians "supposedly" don't have much "body hair"........so it must have been the Italian genes that gave him all that body hair, and the Indian genes that caused the lack of facial hair!

Italians are supposed to be very hairy. I was married to a pure Italian, and he had hairy arms and legs, but very little body hair. We were married for several years before he sprouted his first chest hairs! I can't tell you how thrilled HE was....I guess in HIS mind, a hairy chest was a sign of masuclinity! I also found out from him for the first time about the "locker room" mentality and "penis envy". For years he went on and on about a guy in his gym class that had a HUGE penis. Like I cared!

I'm fairly hairy and I've got a good crop of hair around my pubic area. Whether or not it's much different from your "average" guy I have no real idea. I do recall some friends of mine in the changing rooms at different times over the years and I do recall one tall, slim guy that had virtually no body hair and little facial hair having thick black dense pubic hair. I think that you'd be safe assuming that hairy men have hairy pubic areas rather than hoping that they'll be hairless. As for non-hairy guys? Well, seems like it's pot-luck with them - some have hairy pubic areas and some don't.

That's my bet, too, Westie. More often than not, a hairy person will be hairy all over.

Thanks to everyone for the responses. I think men look very masculine with a lot of body hair. Here is a twist off of my original question. If a man has hairy balls and is quite hairy in the region, does it affect oral? Does a woman have to decide if she likes the visual and touch of hair more than the hair in the mouth? Is hair there a problem if left there?

His pubic hair shouldn't be a problem.
