This morning my bf told me that he thought I liked him too much! What does this mean? I asked if he wanted me to like him less and he said, "no, come here and give me a hug." But I am very confused about this. Does he think I like him more than he likes me or is he insecure about something or uneasy about the seriousness of our relationship. Please help I am so confused. Thanks

Hmmm. I mean I appreciate your posting but I really am sort of on a "self-overcoming" thing here. I have just seen jealously wreck too many great people. Concededly, as to your last sentence, probably both, to at least some degree! Not quite sure why you seem annoyed with me though, and if that's so I certainly 'pologize.

I bet that's exactly what's going on. I know I had that exact same feeling this past spring/summer. I almost said to myself, good heavens I must have _deceived_ her somewhere along the way; I'm totally normal and have every bit as many foibles as the next person. Just a healthy dose of humility. Betcha that's what he's thinking; Yasmin's right!

>>I have just seen jealously wreck too many great people. Concededly, as to your last sentence, probably both, to at least some degree!<<

Where did you get that I am jealous of you? I haven't even met you. It's exaclty things like that which make you seem so insecure. You don't like what I said, so you say I am jealous of you. Someone who is secure would not do that, they wouldn't need to.

>>Not quite sure why you seem annoyed with me though, and if that's so I certainly 'pologize.<<

I am not annoyed with you. I was adding my 2 cents to the thread, that's all.

Nah, ya dummy. ;-) I wasn't suggesting you were jealous at all!! I was suggesting that _I_ am trying not to be jealous of my bf (or fwb, whatevah he is!) or his other women. No worries!

Then what did you mean by "I have just seen jealously wreck too many great people. Concededly, as to your last sentence, probably both, to at least some degree!" And if you don't mind, we are both adults so leave the dummies out, k? ;o)

Lol. Sorry. My ADD again. Two totally separate ideas, balled up by my half-brain into an unintelligible verbal spew.

Idea 1 was, "I have just seen jealously wreck too many great people." So, I'm tryin' my best to never again be that, to my SO or his other girls. It feels GREAT not to be -- you don't corrode from the inside out ...

Idea 2 was, you'd asked if I was trying to convince YOU or ME that I was totally unstressed. And I said, "probably both, at least to some degree."

Peace! Peace!! I only kidding about the dummy thing, yannow? We're still pals, right? ;-)

Wasn't angry, just seeking clarification.
