How can you tell penis size?
| Thu, 06-01-2006 - 11:01pm |
Hi all,
New to the board and have a question for girls - how can you tell the size of your BF/DH penis whether it is 5 or 6 inches or whatever? I have seen just a few myself and I can't really tell exact measurements. I have been reading on some posts here where girls talk about those specific inches about their BF's penis. Do girls measure them or is it just their best estimates?
Thanks.

You're absolutely right. And I'm sure that Mac will agree, the center of the sexual universe for women is the man's tongue. LOL

No Tish, but in that situation. Grabbing the ruler and telling him to get it up....LOL
my little guy would be turtling like crazy!!! LMAO
At the same time less than five percent of the group have been
"blessed" with a penis less than 4.5 inches.
If one is a member of that group and at the same time has less than average girth, (<5" cir), it becomes very apparent if they need to shower among a group of other men after a sports event.
I should think it would be the same if they visited a nude beach populated by both women and men.
But what IS mentioned, fairly consistently, is that women NEED considerable foreplay with direct clitoral stimulation BEFORE intercourse, or she likely won't get much out of intercourse. Which is just another way of addressing the stimulation/arousal gap you mentioned.
So, 5 minutes of thrusting might be sufficient IF she has enjoyed 10 or minutes of good foreplay.
Due to female physiology, most women aren't going to have orgasms from 15 minutes, or 60 minutes of intercourse, unless they're getting clitoral stimulation at the same time. This is why penis size doesn't have anything to do with it....excepting possibly mentally. And, as Katmandoo mentioned, the ever popular foreplay....which gets the "motor" going....and then it's possible to have the vaginal orgasms for many women.
It might be different for practitioners of Tantric sex....I can't say, never tried it, but from what I've read about it, there's a lot more "mental" activity going on with Tantrists (is that a word?) than there is for the rest of us.
Slipperyslope,
In the shower? At a nude beach? You're talking about a flaccid penis. The studies were done with erect ones. And it seems that the size difference between erect penises is much less than between soft ones because some men are "showers" who do little more than stiffen while others are "growers" who more than double in size. This may explain why men tend to worry more about this than women, since the "growers" look small in the locker room among other men, whereas women get to see them when they're "full-sized".

Well, Kat, maybe you and and an enlightened few around here mention the importance of foreplay consistently, but outside of this I see plenty of discussions where it hardly ever comes up. And when the "size queens" jump into the discussion, you would think that a big penis is all that matters.
And leaving aside the issue of foreplay ( and I acknowlege totally it's importance) it's funny how most guys claim to be able to last 30 minutes or more during IC, while most women ( and most research) say it's around five minutes.
