How does the T position work?
| Thu, 05-10-2007 - 9:04pm |
Just wondering. I think we may have been in this position, but I am not quite sure. Could someone please describe it to me?
Thanks
Thanks

Female lies on her back, man lies on his side facing her. Their pelvic regions meet -- thus forming a "T". She can scissor her legs with his, or place both legs over top of his, lift one in the air, whatever feels good.
While in this position, you can both see each other, and have total access to her body and his chest. The movement is easy for both of you -- there is no real stress on any body parts. The female can also rotate slightly onto her side (facing away from him) if she wants to feel a slightly different feel.

Something Dh and I discoverd while doing the T.
We start off in the normal T pose and then
DH will move one of my legs on to his shoulder
and then I wil rotate my hips towards his shoulders and
put my other leg over his other shoulder. Staying connected the
the whole time. Now my head is pointed at his
feet! DH loves the view and I love the feeling his hands can go any where!
Make sure you stretch first! I hope I explained it well. Give it a try!

The only thing he dost different is he leans his upper body back alittle.
