Given DW's profession a summer wedding was a necessity (Teachers almost always get married then.). We first planned on an early August date-but a first cousin of DW's couldn't make it then. Of course the new earlier date also wasn't any good for him. I recall something about a pig roast taking precedence over our wedding.
FTR-She is already asleep on the couch. Maybe that's a good sign-an early evening nap as opposed to one just before bedtime.

I am laughing at the pig roast date in conflict with other obligations! It could have been worse....it could have been the first day of trout, doe, buck, beaver, muscrat.....LOL!
I wanted to get married after the summer but before the holidays. The Sept dates were booked for the ballroom we wanted. I refused to get married in Oct as my "former" prospect was getting married then and I was NOT going to run the risk of both photos being in the social section of the newspaper the same Sunday. Tooooo tacky for me.
November it was.
As for the napping.....I'll cross my fingers for you. Perhaps she'll catch her second wind. I'd
