Okay, who's feeling jolly, and who isn't?

I thought it would be great to have a thread during this especially stressful, yet jolly, season where anyone could come to vent or just chat.

I'm feeling a bit stressed out today. I have a short list of gifts that I have decided on, and a long list of gifts that I still need to discover. My decorations are all still in the attic, my cookies need baked, and I need to think about holiday cards. My get up and go seems to have got up and went when it comes to Christmas this year.

Typically, I'm glowing by this time. Have most of my shopping done, set my Christmas music on and go about baking and decorating. The thought of even listening to Christmas music is making me fidgety.

I'm hoping for a better outlook tomorrow.

Okay, I'll add that in some countries, it's no longer politically correct to say Ho, Ho, Ho. Hmmmm, puzzling, but if I've offended anyone, Ha, Ha, Ha!

Well I know after all the cookies are gone I will wish I had stuck with virtual baking.

I forgot that the storm actually started on Saturday. It wasn't bad here until Monday. But yeah, that's the concert I was thinking of. My neighbor said they used to take the whole family but it was a little too expensive when you factor in girlfriends, but the oldest son really wanted to go so he bought his own tickets. I've heard it's quite a show. Glad you had a good time and got warmed up!

Oh, Kareese, you have definitely been through more changes this year than I suspect most of us have. Will you be seeing any of your family during the holidays?
