Huge difference...

OK, has anyone else had a HUGE difference in sexual satisfaction with a new partner? With my ex, sex was always fine. I liked it as much as the next person. But with my bf....oh....my....God. I never in 1,000 years thought I could feel like this. Everything is so intense and passionate. I never once in my life screamed during sex but now? I was joking that I'm going to have to buy him ear plugs.

We've been together for about 1/2 a year at this point, so it's not like things are brand, brand, new. Just the way he touches me and makes me feel....it's incredible, and I can't get enough of it. In the past, I think once a month would have been fine for me. Now, if I could get it every day I would!

Just looking for anyone else's take on this...thanks!

My husband, even after being together for 28 years, can still rev my engines up with just a touch on by back, a kiss on my neck, a few seductive words, or even just walking into the room. For me, the passion never died--it evolved. We have been through so much together; it has brought us closer and closer over the years. And that intimacy outside of the bedroom, creates a deep passion inside of it. I thought that in our younger years, that sex was the most wonderful thing...but how wrong I was. It dwarfs in comparison to what we have now.

Although, the initial stages of sex with a new partner can be blindingly heated and passionate, when you keep your relationship healthy, and the sex exciting, passion can last a life-time and evolve into something far and beyond....which is probably why some of us don't have the desire to cheat.

There are people who are "addicted" to that "newness" and passion....and when it dies, they move on to the next, and then the next--it's their drug of choice. If they only new what awaits them....
