Sorry, kiddo......1980 would make you 26, and 1993 would make you 13, which is what you probably are. No doctor is going to tell a woman of 20 that it's "healthy" to have not started her period yet. There is something very wrong with you if you ARE 20, and you need to find a different doctor, and then you can ask the doctor about the bleeding, too.
Was this doctor a general practitioner or a gynecologist and what kind of tests did the doctor do to find out the cause of you not having your period at the age of 20?
