I hate my tits...

I am a nearly a 34A. I have started taking breast enhancement pills. I have felt some tingling. Do they work? I also have been thinking about getting breast implants... my man wants me to... "I" want to. Ladies... men... what do "ya'll" think?

I don't think these were scare tactics as the program was overall very supportive of enhancement surgery. I think that it behooves any woman to ask some tough questions of their doctor before getting into something like this.
Do you use birth control pills? There are different types (as you no doubt know) and at least some have the side-effect of increasing bust size somewhat. Perhaps you could ask your gyno...
DW is a barely 34A - possibly 34B when she was breast feeding our son way back when. Sometimes I wish they were bigger; sometimes she wishes they were bigger as well. On the other hand, at 47 years old those 34A's are nearly as cute and perky as they were at 26. Overall, I like 'em! :)
Also, you are only 23. Do you think you may want to have children some day? Implant surgery can sometimes interfere with breastfeeding. Afterall... that is what our breasts are for, and an AA cup can feed a baby as well as a DD cup.
I was an A cup unitl I had my kids at 30 years old (now im almost C). Although it crossed my mind several times, I would never have seriously considered it. It was great to not have to wear a bra, I never got indents in my shoulders from bra straps holding up the weight, never had a backache, strech marks or a bunch of other things that women with very large breasts have to deal with. Dh loves my breasts whatever size they are and so do I. They are perfect for me and so are yours. They give me sexual pleasure and two of the healthiest, breastfed children I know.
As for getting surgery, I don't think you should do it. That is very expensive, and sometimes the surgeons don't do the greatest job. There is nothing wrong with an A cup, and as someone pointed out, they age very well. Someone else also mentioned that you can go up a few cup sizes after pregnancy. I think a lot of women worry WAY to much about breast size. To me and a lot of other guys, its not all that important.
But once again....why are you knocking yourself out to please your BF if he does nothing for you?
But I would think twice about surgery. I personally don't like the idea of something artificial in my body. Too many risks, and I can think of better ways of spending $5000.

Well, after reading some of your posts on other boards I must tell you that unless you kick your drug habbit, no dr. will perform the surgery. Too many risks! both physical and emotional. Maybe if you really want implants, you can use that as some motivation to get off the cocaine.
