Ok well....if you have sex and you dont use a condom and he just pulls out before he cums....what are the chances of gettin pregnat??? I'm just wondering what is more likly to get u pregnat...using a condom and going off in you or just pulling out without using one at all?? its confusing! Let me know!

There is nothing confusing about it! If you don't use a condom, even if he "pulls out" from the moment he becomes erect, he's leaking drops of semen. Those drops contain thousands of sperm, and it only takes ONE sperm to get pregnant. If you're ovulating, your chances of getting pregnant are high.
If he uses a condom, they have about a 20% failure rate.
Also, if he doesn't use a condom, your chances of getting an STD are higher, too. Every drop of ejaculate can contain the bacteria or virus that can give you an STD. The only way you're safe from STDs is if you're in a monogamous relationship, and he's been tested for any and all STDs. Some STDs like genital herpes or warts can be spread even WITH a condom.
If you don't want to get pregnant, get on some form of birth control, and if you're not sure about whether or not he has STDs, use a condom, too. (You cannot tell by looking if a man has any STDs, only tests can tell you if he does, and some viruses or bacteria take a long time to show up in tests!)
As Dakine said, all it takes is one sperm to get you pregnant and pre-cum
Like the others have said, it's really, really risky relying on the "withdrawal" method where he pulls out just before he cums. What if he times it wrong or leaves it a few moments too long and start to ejeculate in you? Or what if he just once can't resist staying inside you and cums inside you? You're screwed, that's what you are.
And like the others have said guys often have "precum" when they're turned on. That's a few drops of clear slippery liquid that can "leak" out of the tip of the penis when a guy is turned on. It's not cum but it can have a few sperm in it because it comes out the same pipework as the semen does.
Either use the condoms and make sure that you use them properly. If used properly every single time - like the directions on the packet say - then they are a pretty good method of birthcontrol. Most pregnancies are a result of using them wrong or not taking enough care with them.
Even better is female birthcontrol like the pill. No good for protecting you from STD's but very good at ensuring you don't get pregnant.
