my BF said man can delay the ejaculate by slow down the speed of thrust in penetration intercourse and woman don't have the ability to speed up her man to cum but my friend told me some women can use her muscle down there to speed up her man to cum i wonder which is righr? hope somebody have this experience

They are both right, for SOME men, but not all men.
Every man is different. Maybe some can hold back by slowing down, but most can't. Some women have very strong PC muscles, but I'm sure it doesn't work for all men.
ALL men are different.
yep all men are different.
My Husband can delay his orgasm SOMETIMES... if he really wants to he can slow down a bit. he says he thinks about something very unexciting like baseball stats for a few seconds then he'll pick up where he left off. But this he says he can only do if he catches himself soon enough... sometimes he is just too close to do much about it.
as far as a woman "making" a man come by cleching their muscles - I dont think so. Yes they can increase the pleasure for said man, but that wont nesacarily Make him have an orgasm faster but then again it cant hurt to try bringing your partner more pleasure!.
They both true to a degree.
Sometimes slowing down the thrusts helps you maintain control over your orgasm. Basically you're just decreasing the amount of stimulation that you're getting by slowing it down. It can help.
Can a woman make you cum faster using her muscles down there? Yeah, she can. Again it's all about stimulation and strong PC muscles can squeeze a penis and make things feel better. If they feel better, you'll probably cum faster.
Not all men respond the the same stimuli. All my wife has to do to me is whisper a few naughty things in my ear and BAM, that does it!! Of course she knows exactly which things have worked in the past, so she "knows me like a book".
Moving in and out more slowly can slow down the ejaculation, and I suppose if the woman has strong lower abdominal muscles, that can speed up the process. Anyway, it is important that women do their kegel exercises often to avoid urinary incontinence in later life.

YOu can use your kegal muscles to practically give him a hand job if they are strong. You don't even have to move.
