Mac, I'll have to admit, I'm a bit confused by your question also. Hopefully I've answered what you were asking ....
I think women have made great strides in becoming independent, and taking care of themselves. I think they're more likely to stand up for their sexual rights too. In the case of meeting a man, they're probably not likely to just hand out a quickie, but when involved in a relationship, there is an appeal even for the woman.
Some women may feel that takes away the rights they have fought for. Some women may view it as a man taking from a woman .... but there are women who view it as giving something willingly.
In any sexual relationship, there is the chance that neither partner wants to just give without getting anything in return. Some people view it that way when it comes to sex acts, like giving a guy a BJ yet not getting anything in return. If the guy was to demand the BJ or pester her into giving him a BJ, then that's one thing. But, just like any gift you give, there is a certain amount of self-satisfaction you get from the act of giving itself.
Huh? What does that have to do with quickies?
A woman shouldn't have to give up her independence to anyone. A man shouldn't try to change
Maybe he meant Quickie outside of relationships. Like: I'm so independent, we just met, let's do it.
Where the other thread meant more like Quickies with the person you're already involved longterm
