Does anyone have any feedback on these menstrual cups when used during intercourse? Can you tell that they're there? Can your partner? Has it ever slipped out for anyone whose used one? Thanks for any advice!

No experience with them at all from us Paras here. In fact, I don't remember reading anything about them either. Hopefully you'll get some helpful replies soon regarding the experience of using them and what to watch out for.
In the meantime, here's a couple articles I found that will hopefully help ya out:

Hi there!
I've had pretty good experiences with the Instead cups. I've found that intercourse is very comfortable for me, and my boyfriend has said that he usually can't tell the difference. However, the times when he has been "uncomfortable" are times when the cup has shifted in my body. I would suggest putting a new one in before you have intercourse to try and prevent that from happening. The intercourse is clean, and comfortable for both parties. . . it certainly doesn't keep us from enjoying ourselves. ;-) Putting them in, finding the comfortable place for them in your body can take a little getting used to, as can removal of the product, but, after a little bit of practice, it works out pretty well. My normal menstrual cycle is about 5 days, and I can have intercourse on any one of those days. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

Ciela, just for education purposes, have you noticed that being the biggest downfall with that product, just the fact that you needed to practice and get use to it after a few times?
Also, do you now use this each cycle now, or do you still skip it every now and then?
Thanks in advance...very helpful.
:)

The first time I used the Instead cup I bought them for the purpose of having intercourse. My husband doesn't like to have "messy" sex. I read about the cups on one of these boards and decided to give them a try. Now I'm their biggest fan. I not only wear them for sex during my period but also instead of tampons or pads. They are the most comfortable feminine hygiene product that I have ever used. In addition they almost never leak. On my heaviest days I would wear a panty liner in addition to a tampon in case of leaks. I don't do that anymore. On my heaviest days I change the cup three times during the day. Other days I wear one for 12 hours at a time (the manufacturer recommends changing it every 12 hours). I put a clean one in before sex and have never had a leak. Every now and then my husband says he can feel the cup but that it isn't uncomfortable. I imagine they feel somewhat like a diaphraghm because they look like a thin opaque diaphragm. They are messy to remove. The mess doesn't bother me. I reach up inside and pull the cup out and let the blood dribble into the toilet. I buy them online at drugstore.com and they are shipped to my home. Can you tell that I love this product??? lol

Yeah. . . as I had said before. . . it's probably the most comfortable thing. I mean, anything that you wear on the INSIDE, occassionally will shift and move, but honestly, I like these a lot more. I wear them ALL the time during my cycle. The only time I don't is when I don't have one with me, and all that's left in my purse is a tampon. It takes a little getting used to, but, it really is comfortable, and makes it comfortable to have sex during your period. I LOVE THEM!
Hope it's helpful!

Can't believe I've never heard of this product! Happen to be in a relationship with a man that is really turned off by anything menstral. Forgive me for being graphic but after it's in, do you or does anyone you know use any kind of cleansing product before sex and if so, would it affect the moisture level down there? Never before douched (always felt natural was the way to go) and a little concerned about what I might need to do to be very clean.
Also, I've never used a diaphragm before and feel a little nervous about placing it correctly. Any advice there?
Thank you for any and all advice.
