Kegels..how long till you "feel" results

After 2 kids and 38 years, my muscles aren't as tight as I would like. I bought this "kegel master" thingy to help isolate the muscles. My question is about how long should I expect it to take to tighten up down there? 2 weeks 2 months? I know its not an exact science but just an idea would be helpful.

TIA

Elise

If you do these faithfully every day for around 10 minutes, you
should notice results in as little as 3 weeks.

There are different ways of doing it, holding the muscle, as if you
are peeing for a count of 5 then release, and keep doing this for about
20 times....also there is one where you hold the muscle for 6 seconds, then
hold the muscle even tighter for 3 seconds, then hold it tighter for 3 more
seconds till you reach holding the muscle a total of 5 reps...and you can
do this backwards too, by holding the muscle as hard as you can, then release
just a bit, then a bit more, etc till you reach 5 reps and the articel said
do this for 20 minutes each day, seems like a lot of time, but any exercise
is good exercise.

Good luck.

Depends on the individual woman of course, but I saw good results in just a month or so. OF course, like any muscle, the more you work it, the more toned and responsive it will become. I've been doing them for well over 20 years now.

I don't know anything about this "machine". I do know that you don't need any machinery to do Kegel exercises. You can do them any time, any place. Driving your car, sitting at work, or watching TV. It's just a matter of tightening the PC muscle, and holding it for a few seconds, then releasing.

If you can stop your urine flow in the middle of emptying your bladder, it's worked. However, if you don't do them daily, constantly, it's all undone in a matter of days (at least that's the way it works for me, and I gave up on them long ago).
