Well about two weeks ago on a friday I went into the bathroom to go pee, and as soon as I was done it felt like I still had to pee, So I went back to the bathroom but only a little would come out, and it felt weird toward the end of the pee, almost a good feeling but then later on that day it started to hurt, So I went to the doctors to get tested for a bladder infection but it came back negative, and I didnt have one, but they gave me pills for a bladder infection, in about 3 days the pain had went away and I didnt feel like I had to pee anymore, but now sometimes it just hurts down there, and when I have sex it burns! Does anyone know maybe what is wrong? I would love to find out!!!

It's time to go back to the doctor, and tell him/her all your symptoms. There can be lots of reasons for genital pain, and painful sex. Only a doctor knows what to look for and how to treat it. I wonder why they would treat you for an UTI if you didn't have one? You might have some kind of bacterial or fungal vaginal infection, although that usually doesn't hurt as much as it itches horribly. Pain when you're NOT having sex is something that you need to find out about. Go back to the doctor.

"I wonder why they would treat you for an UTI if you didn't have one?"

On two occasions I have been treated for a UTI, pending the outcome of lab tests. If all the symptoms suggest a UTI then they move fast to prescribe a broad-spectrum antibiotic. Once the treatment starts for a UTI then they can't test, but in most cases its a UTI anyway. If there are other symptoms a week later then they test for STDs.
