When my husband and I make love together it only lasts a minute. Is this normal? Are we doing something wrong, and is there a way to fix it?

When you say "make love" do you mean "intercourse"? There is a LOT MORE to "making love" than just intercourse! "Making love" usually ENDS with intercourse, but the foreplay can go on for hours before getting to intercourse!

What about foreplay? How long does that last? Do you even HAVE foreplay? If not, why not? Men can teach themselves to last longer during intercourse, but they should also be taking lots of time to pleasure you orally or manually before even thinking about intercourse. If you've been taken care of before intercourse, then it won't matter so much that he only lasts a minute or two.

Most women (about 80%) do not have orgasms from intercourse alone. That's because your vagina isn't your true sexual organ.....your clitoris is. Even during intercourse, most of us need some clitoral stimulation for pleasure, and for orgasms.

No, one minute isn't normal for "making love", but it's not unusual for intercourse. And he can change that if he works at it......by concentrating on controlling it.
