making a video

to anyone who has ever made a sex video with their partner....what did you guys do? im talking about sexually, camera angles, and anything that makes it turn out well....

Well, we keep the camera a distance from the bed because neither of us wants or likes extreme closeups of body parts, etc.
But we do what we normally do as far as foreplay and intercourse, etc. is concerned. We usually forget about the camera completely. So, it's fun to see what you "caught" after the fact.
But we ALWAYS erase it once we've finished viewing it! ALWAYS.
Seems to work best with the camera in the corner of the room looking at the bed at an angle.
If you have a computer and a camera that has firewire to put the video on the computer, it's not difficult to make a good quality home movie. It will take time though, especially if you're a beginner. And it will make the sex somewhat mechanical and clinical too.
The best way is to set the scene so that it can be repeated at a later date and to have a loose script of what to do. You've figured out beforehand roughly what shots you want and what positions to use. You start by videoing from a distance and just let the camera run the entire session. The next session you hand hold the camera and repeat some of the same scenes from the close-up angle. Thirdly, you set the camera on a tripod close to the bed and, again, repeat some scenes from a third, different angle. This might take a few days to get all the shots that you want, that's why it's important to be able to duplicate the scene so that your continuity is good. You don't want her to be wearing her lingerie in one shot while giving you a BJ, and as you cut to a closeup of the BJ all her lingerie has gone and a teddy bear has suddenly appeared on the pillows behind you!
Download it all on the computer. Set the first long distance shot as the main track in the editiong program and then take snippets of the other two tracks and put these short snippets over the main track in the appropriate places. ie. for the "cum-shot" you cut from the long distance shot to the close up right as you ejeculate. Simple really. When you're happy, add an audion track. Rip something off one of your favourite CD's and voila! Complete.
A tip: Do it in daylight from a window. Most cameras have a manual exposure setting. Measure skin exposed in the average sorta light available and set the camera for that - set like that you should be just able to see the detail in the shadows and the highlights won't blow out and loose detail either. Do that will avoid the camera continually automatically adjusting the lightness and darkeness of the picture which is a)really annoying to watch and b) looks like the picture gets lighter and darker all the time which looks really bad.
It's easy to set a video camera up and leave it running, so I thought I'd give some advice about some other options for making a full-on home movie! Even if you don't go to the trouble of taking a couple of days to do it with lots of angles, you'd be surprised how much more interesting a couple of hand-held closeup shots inserted in an ordinary home movie can be.
LOL! Closeups - your preferences may vary! There is certainly a lot of leeway between a wide tiny-people-in-the-distance shot and a close-up-gynocological shot. I can't say that closeups that completely fill the screen with the "action" do too much for me either! :-)
A few different angles do make a difference though...

That's "Mr. Spielberg" to you, thanks....
I have a short snap in my video phone too.
