I am a 19 year old female and would like some techniques about masturbating. I would also like to find out if i am too old to masturbate and if it is abnormal. Sometimes when I try to masturbate, i never feel an orgasm. I am not sure if i am doing it the proper way and would like some help please.

There are no age limits (young or old) on masturbation. You do whatever feels good to you. Everyone is different, and what feels good to me might not feel good to you.
Having an orgasm is something you have to learn about. You learn from practice. To understand what makes your body work, go to www.the-clitoris.com and it will explain things to you.
Not sure what you're doing but if you're concentrating only on vaginal penetration, then it's not likely that you'll orgasm from that alone, most women don't.
If you are stimulating your clitoris, then you just need to learn what feels good and keep doing it. Throwing in fantasy and sexy mental images will also go a long way to building arousal, even before you ever touch yourself.
And after all, you shouldn't be masturbating because you think you should or want to, but because you feel a need for an outlet. IF the need for sexual release is there, then you shouldn't have to work so hard to figure out how to get it. Your body will guide you.
I would suggest buying some erotica and concentrating less on masturbation and more on arousing your mind. Your body will take care of the rest.
And most people who masturbate, do so for their entire lives.
There is no age limit to masturbation.
