That depends on how you feel about it. Give her your honest reaction, and talk, talk, talk about it up front. If you go along with it because she wants it, but deep down you really don't, it could be disastrous for your relationship. OTOH, if it's something that you both want for yourselves, it could be a lot of fun. You might also want to swing by the Taboos board, and get some opinions from people who are in open marriages.
I'm open to everything in a relationship except introducing others.
I'd be really disappointed and I would probably walk out. Abrupt you may think, but to me this type of proposal insinuates disrespect. It would really lower my opinion of him if he did ask, as I couldn't fathom what man would want to see his wife having sex with another man.
Are you sure your wife isn't asking you this because she actually has an interest in the other guy. It may be a way of getting her cake and eating it too.... without the
I think Steve gave you great advice, and I would second his comment "it depends on how you feel about it".
If you want, let us know how you are feeling about the possibility. Have you ever, or do you now have any interest in introducing a third person to your bedroom? Do you want advice on how to go about doing that, or about how to tell her you're not interested?
I agree with passionplus, that to me would be very disrespectful. You may want to make sure that she is not attracted to this other guy because that could be VERY bad for the both of you. Im sorry and i hope things work out for you.
Just my two cents, just because she's interested in bringing in another gentleman (I hope he would be a gentleman) doesn't mean she is interested in him in particular. She may have had a long standing fantasy of having two men, or it could be a recent fantasy as well. My fiancee and I have an open relationship (if I'm understanding the meaning from the boards), we will occasionally bring another lady into the picture. Not on the first night of meeting her, mind you, but after we have hung out a few times and gotten to know her, she may end up in our bed (or elsewhere) with us.

You respond any way you WANT to respond.
As some of the others have said, how you respond depends on how you feel about it.
