i have a problem with how tight i am , i just dont feel that i am. it has made me so very insecure with myself that i am affaid to have sex because of it, is there anything i can do to help with this

You've got that backwards. It's the women who can change THEIR dimensions on demand! Unless there's been traumatic injury to a vagina, it will "relax" just enough to accomodate any sized penis (within reason)!
That's why I questioned the reason for HER question. Again, unless there's been some traumatic injury, which can possibly happen during childbirth.....she's NOT too loose.
There are many reasons it can SEEM loose.....too much lubrication, or lack of feeling and/or orgasms. If lack of feeling and orgasms are her problem, then she's just like the 80% of women who have very little feeling inside their vagina, with the exception of the "g" spot. Most women get their pleasure and their orgasms from clitoral stimulation, not vaginal penetration.
There is really no need to worry about something such as this. The vagina grows and shrinks, and some people become extra lubricated which makes them feel as though they might be loose. Also, if you want to strenghthen your vaginal muscles, which can help keep the area "tighter" do kegal exercises. When you next go to pee, use your muscles to stop the flow, this will help you find what muscles to contract, if the flow stops, you are using the right muscles. You can then proceed to do these exercises when you are not peeing, and no one can tell when you are doing them. contract hold and release for 10 minutes a day. maybe start will a few and work your way up to ten.
Good luck
Some have asked why you feel that you are "loose". That is not a silly question. Why do *you* feel that it is a problem? There are rational insecurities where something has happened in the past that makes us think this way, and there are irrational insecurities where we just talk ourselves into a problem with no real foundation in reality. Which are you?
