Okay, long story short:

Doctor said to ease away from the execising for a while cause it sounded like I was possibly developing hernia symptoms. I quickly responded "okay" since I was too embarrassed to say the pain was from the rough sex...constant sex at that.

? is, has anyone ever actually suffered a hernia or any severe 'muscle' pain from extreme sex? I'm familiar with the charlie horses and the hamstrings, but anything else anybody? Would love to hear stories and remedies if ya got 'em.

thanks

(out of town after this, so won't respond for a couple)

No hernia, but alot of times my muscles(buttocks, thighs, and abs) are sore the next day. You shouldn't be embarrassed to tell your DR that.

I don't know where the pain is that you feel but JT gets "sore" after we make love two or more times in one day or if he mastubates once and then we have sex later in the day. He says, for the most part, it is only when he gets in the mood later on (like when he wakes up in the morning after a late night of lots of sex, or if I put him in the mood for any reason) and it is near the tip, or the whole head. He has been to the doctor and it has been ruled out that it is not any medical condition, the doctor doens't even have any tips to give him. Like I said, I don't know where your pain is but if it is anything along the lines fo JT's problem, you are not alone.

I take Motrin to relieve my aches. And sometimes, if my breasts hurt, I will wear a nice soft "gramma" bra (that's what I call them) instead of no bra.

Abs, definitely (sort of like a runner's stitch). Some other places are: Knees (bruised), arms (imagine staying in a push up position way too long) and neck (If you can't figure out why, you're too young). Once in a great while, I have "rug burn" like pain along the base of my penis, but that was after the three day marathon. Her rug burn was a lot worse

Arnica Montana is good for muscle soreness. The Aloe Vera sunburn/insect bite ointment is good for rug burns (desensitizes the area too, so you can hop back into action pretty quickly)

Hope that helped.

Thanks everyone.

Its definitely an ab/tummy problem. Feels better nowadays. Mrs. says its likely the combination of crunches and sex. Wasn't a problem to this magnitude in the past, but she and sex AND orgasms MUCH more intense these days (no clue why), so she mostly credits that. We were just wondering how y'all dealt with it and how long it took for you to get back on the saddle again.

Pills do no good for me, spasms will keep going regardless. Nope, no buldges, but BLEEP does it ever hurt! Kickin in the "slow down" mode for now.

thanks again

How we dealt with it? A number of ideas:

- Get a sex swing!

- Doggy

- Have her be on top more often

- Try some other positions that don't require rigorous thrusting

- Get a sex swing! (Seriously, I've lasted longer and have had less aches and pains later)
