Sorry to hear he's frustrated, and as Sakura said, his frustration is probably causing you even more difficulty. A lot of women NEVER have orgasms, and it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with their partner.

He needs to learn that a woman needs more that just stimulation to have an orgasm. He also needs to learn that sex can be very pleasurable even without having an orgasm. Maybe refer him to the-clitoris.com. He can read about the female sex organs and how they respond there.

My DW doesn't have an orgasm every time we have sex. Most times she has at least one, but sometimes she just finds it too hard to get there for whatever reason, and like you she doesn't see much point in faking it. She still enjoys the sex, and the intimacy, even without the orgasm providing the cherry on top.
