is it okay to use a flavoured lub. as a replacement of regular lub during sex? Some people have told me it could cause yeast infections.
Thanks for the help!

I cant see it as being a problem, the lubes are designed to be a lube and not just a flavour to be used during oral, But for your own peace of mind, read the back of the bottle it will certainly tell you.

Read the ingredients on the container. If it has sugar, or any form of sugar like fructose or sucrose....then it's not a good idea. It's sugar that can cause yeast infections....although it's not a certainty. Some people play with chocolate syrup, or whipped cream and don't seem to have a problem.

Unless it's an emergency, I think the lubes like KY or Astroglide are better to use, and probably cheaper than the flavored stuff.

Seems they would certainly be made for either, but some women do have problems with sugar causing yeast infections (when it is introduced into the vagina). We have flavored lube, and I'm sure at least some of it has ended up inside of me, and I've never had a problem from it.
