Orgasms from Sex Alone?

I've been having sex for about 4 years and I have never had an orgasm from intercourse alone. Now, I know that this isn't physically possible for everyone, and I know that it can take some women a while to actually start having them from sex (reaching sexual peak, etc.) -- but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to try and have one. I'm 21 now, and I know that when I was first starting out there were probably a lot of things we were doing "wrong" while we were learning how to please each other. But at this point I have had more than one partner and one guy I was with for a while was very experienced.
Sex does feel very good for me in most positions, and I have, orgasmed from other things like oral sex, fingering, vibrators, etc. I can orgasm during sex if I finger myself, but I don't always want to do that, because sometimes it gets in the way. I have also had a vaginal orgasm, with no clitoral stimulation, while using a vibrator. Are there certain positions that might help me get a better shot at it? Do you think I'll ever be able to have them?
Am I just not built for orgasms from intercourse alone, or is there something I can do to work on it? I hope I'm not being naive, I was just wondering...

I don't believe there is such a thing as a sexual peak, I honestly think that's a myth.
