Hi, I've never posted on this board before, but I thought this was appropriate for this board.
Scientific studies seemed to have more objectivity in determining the average length of a man's penis.

Like I said earlier, studies done by doctors who actually measure the penises themselves are much more credible.

Yeah, it does seem that way. But so many of the studies that have been done by credible Doctors disagree. Just look at the whole Kinsey thing as a perfect example. That was considered to be credible for many years, but questions have since been raised about the validity of ALL the results. Not just the penis size issues.
As for the stretch method of measuring? That's actually the first time that I've ever heard of that one. I'm not saying that it doesn't work, but how far do you stretch? Until it's stretched or do you keep pulling until you get punched? ;-) Depending on where this Doctor doing the stretching holds it could make a difference too! I was curious enough to try this out at home and I'm about 3/4" longer erect than at fully stretched flaccid. So I don't know what to believe.
I can't see that any method is 100% fool-proof.
So now you might understand why some men with smaller penises could be a little self-conscience about it.
Ive been with a couple of women who were in that category, and it did feel different, and Im on the thicker side myself. So a man with a thin penis may have real problems there..(yes Im well aware of different positions and putting her legs together to increase friction) but it does limit what you can do.
Hi greenteabag.
If biggere isn't better to you, then why not just directly say you prefer average over big?
By comparing it the way you do (giving the average size guy the advantage of technique or loving) implies you feel bigger does have an advantage on a level playing field.
There are big guys that also know how to be loving and/or have good technique. What then?
Thanks.
Hi cl-issytish.
I've read this board off and on for some time now, and pretty much know your stance on the penis size issues. However, I think your viewpoint is blurring your vision on that nail getting hit squarely or not. It was only a glancing blow to the nail head. Even though many women don't know numbers well, they know small from regular from big. It doesn't require being precise with the numbers to tell a 5" long x 1 1/2" thick penis from a 8 1/2" long x 2 1/4" penis. Those two sizes aren't close in appearance and feel for women. Surely you don't think that if you were ever with those two sizes you wouldn't know the difference? (I realise you wouldn't care, but we're talking about that nail getting hit squarely or not).
Thanks.
