Pineapple Juice & Taste??
| Sun, 08-15-2004 - 2:22am |
Does anyone know if the theory about pineapple juice making the taste of semen taste better is really true? Also, does anyone know how long it would take to actually work in the body to change it??? Thankyou for your input.

Okay, some swear it does, others believe it to be a myth. My wife says it 'has' made a difference but her experience only comes from me getting to the precum stage and thats it, lol.
Some simply don't believe foods make that much of a difference. When UTIs occur, the common logic is to load up more on the berry juices and the vitamin C along with plenty of water to help increase the acidity and move that bacteria out. So my own guess is that dietary habits could also cause changes, even slightly, in taste and smell as well. Even the medical field warns against asparagus if you have concerns, lol.
The most common choices are apples, pineapples and pears. Keep your body WELL hydrated, meaning . Drinking other liquids besides water is NOT how you keep hydrated...ask ANY doctor. Regarding the amount of these sweet enhancing foods and the amount of time/days to consume them prior to oral will really depend on each individual. Some people really don't react at all to a noticeable degree, others react very strongly and even within a short amount of time.
Its always going to be up to each individual to experiment and learn from it. Have fun!

A mans ejaculate is about 2 or 3 teaspoons on average. Of course, it takes liquids from the body to produce the semen, but how much of the pineapple juice, or any other sweet juice could possibly wind up in those 2 or 3 teaspoons? A drop or two?
Sorry, but that's an old wive's tale. Any references to Garlic or Asparagus is a whole different story. There are chemicals in both that will survive the digestive system. Garlic's chemicals will exude from the pores if you eat enough of it. Asparagus has a sulfuric type chemical that will pass thru the system and come out in the urine. That will happen in about 1/2 hour after eating it.
A man's "taste" should be nothing more than salty, unless he has an infection. What most women object to isn't the taste, it's the consistency. Possibly drinking more "liquids" would help thin it down a little, but I doubt that too. His semen is genetically programmed to be thin or thick in most cases.

I know plenty about my digestive system, but I am open to learning more about my body and the possibilities it has. I try to be openminded and not rush to judgement.
