Pregnancy and sex...

1. I am pregnant. My SO and I have been having sex a lot lately. We do not live together, though, and every time or almost every time I go to see him, he is ready for sex or head. Before I was pregnant, we didn't have sex that much. Why is this? What's new? What's the difference?

2. My SO said that after I have given labor, he wants me to get a "love-stitch." What is this exactly? He said that after the baby, my vagina will be like "whoa" and that I will need to have it stiched up, to tighten it, I guess.

3. Do men find pregnant women to be attractive? I am 3 months and I am beginning to feel unsexy... unattractive... FAT. I don't see anything sexy about a belly sticking out. I want to be able to wear sexy clothes, too.

PLEASE ANSWER MY 3 QUESTIONS!!!

The only thing that makes a vagina "loose" is aging..The muscles weaken due to the aging process and that makes everything start to sag a little..A baby isn't going to destroy one's virgin-like vagina...Women have been having babies for millions of years now..And their cavemen still wanted to sleep with them...This is my first baby, but from what I understand and I have read..Sex with my husband AFTER the baby is born and I've healed won't be like throwing a hot dog down a hallway..Baby or not, I wouldn't want to be with a shallow, self-centered ass like the guy she's describing in the post..Ugh.

Bearing in mind that Australian trends can be different from American ones.....

When I was pregnant 8 and 6 years ago, we were taught in birth classes that it's better to tear along a natural fault line than to be cut. Apparently it promotes better healing.

This sentiment was echoed by my midwives who did let me tear naturally. However, I chose those particular midwives *because* of their beliefs of no intervention. I have no idea what an OBGYN would do, never having used one for birth related services.
