Psst, Liv... Misty needs us!

Misty seems a little stressed out by her house guest situation at the moment, so I invited her to hop on a virtual airplane and head up our way for a few days for a fantasy escape. Shall I pick her up at the airport, or do you want to do it?

As long as we're in fantasyland, I can fantasize about being able to take a day off work tomorrow. I've been looking for an excuse to get DW into Boston for a day now that the kids are back in school, and aren't you going to be near the city on Monday anyway? So — the spa treatment at La Dolce Vita? Lingerie shopping at Intimacy (the reason I need to get DW into the city)? A trip to Good Vibes? Window shopping on Newbury Street? What else can we come up with to pamper our hostess?

BL, are you in on this little fantasy excursion? Anyone else?

Steve,

I thread-jack my own threads all the time, but back to topic!!

When is Misty supposed to arrive and does she even know she is coming yet? I have made arrangements for her

I know she's seen the invitation, although she hasn't responded yet. Part of the idea is for Misty's house guest *not* to be taken care of while she's away, so that he'll be motivated to hit the road before she gets back.

Oh, yea .... a distraction! I love it, Steve!!!!!!!!!

I'm all packed.

I figured I wouldn't need much with all the shopping planned. Liv's bringing her card, right ;-)

I haven't seen a Wawa in a number of years. Didn't know they still existed.

Oh, the memories that brings back .....

LOL... one might almost accuse you of packing like a man with a bag that small. You might want to think about bringing an extra suitcase, in case you have more stuff to carry on the flight home.

Hmmm, it also looks like you might only have room for one pair of shoes in that thing. Do we need to add shoe shopping to our 'to do' list? I'm sure Mrs P would be up for that.

Mrs P, I'm so glad you're joining in!

You and Liv are going to need to break me in on spa etiquette.

Liv, you're such a sweetheart.

(I really had the notion to make them fend for themselves .... but, really, the children are innocent in all of the this.)

LOL, I guess I shouldn't bounce around the board so much. Here this was, just sitting near the top, and I almost saved it for last!!!!!

Good thinking, Steve!

This one is expandable. I will need to do some shoe shopping ... I don't think flip flops would be in style there right now ;-)

I think it's large enough to hold a toy or two also!!!!
