Using a scale of 1 - 10 where 1 is "least" and 10 is "most", tell us where you fall on that scale with regard to the following questions. (Feel free to elaborate if you would like to.)

How competitive are you?

How confident are you?

How sexy are you?

How successful are you?

How happy are you?

How compassionate are you?

How understanding are you?

How many of your goals do you meet?

How good of a driver are you?

How much fun are you?

Misty...I LOVE questions like these....

How competitive are you? 10......indeed!

How confident are you? 10...absolutely!

How sexy are you? 8... there is always room for improvement! I do not suffer from an overinflated ego.

How successful are you?

I am so glad Mrspe answered before me. I was going to skip the thread because I thought I would sound too boastful or something. I am glad Mrspe is as awesome as me...;-)

How competitive are you? I'd say a 7.

How confident are you? Probably a 3. I find it lowers as I get older.

How sexy are you? Ha! -4

How successful are you? 10. I am as sucessful as I want to be.

How happy are you? Hmmm, some days a 8, but most days probably a 2.

How compassionate are you? I would say an 8.

How understanding are you? Oh, on this I am definitely a 10

How many of your goals do you meet? I'd say an 8. Some of my goals have not and will not come to.

How good of a driver are you? Definitely a 10. Like Liv, I am used to the Massachusetts driving.

How much fun are you? Hmmm, maybe an 8. Depends on who you ask

Liv...there isn't a blessed thing boastful about seeing yourself for what you are and embracing it. Confidence,

Mrs P, I knew your numbers would have to be high. Your high scores certainly show through in your interactions here!

Liv, I tend to be very competitive with myself as well!

Congratulations on the new business venture -- that's very exciting!

I thank you for your kind words.

I would have scored a 10 in humility as well.

It has taken me a great many years to celebrate myself without guilt LOL

Just so you don't think I am too fabulous....I fail miserably when it comes to accepting a compliment.

Just ask anyone who has given me a genuine one.

It isn't pretty I am sad to say.

I continue to work on this.

I hope you realize that the only things keeping you from being on the positive side of the sexy scale are your lack of confidence in yourself! I know that you are in a situation that may not allow you to feel that your sexiness is appreciated -- but for your own well-being, push yourself to believe in yourself.

It's amazing how many other areas of your life will be affected by that push!

Perhaps we need to have a mini-course here on taking compliments. I have, in the past, failed miserably in this area. I have set a goal to improve this area of my life, and over the past 6 months or so, I have come a long way ..... with still a long way to go.

The stories of guilt, we will save for another course. There are a few in life who try to manipulate me, and let's just say, my other goal has been to learn to live guilt-free. Today, I let the guilt win -- tomorrow, I will do better!

I know you're right. It's just so hard for me. Especially this time of year. Winter always depresses me and then the other things, well, that makes it much worse.
