What is your favorite Sunday activity?
Sleep in.

Do you have a Sunday routine?
Wake up late, forage for food and hot tea in my PJ's, go back to sleep. Repeat two or three times (substitute snacks for second and third rounds). Read a book, watch a movie or listen to a podcast at some point or in between rounds. Get a massage if more awake than usual.

Do you enjoy your Sunday routine?
Very much, thank you!

How often do you get to do what you would really like to do on Sunday?
Almost every Sunday. Nephew interrupts the routine when he comes to visit as he jumps into my bed and insists that I get up.

Did you get to do what you wanted this Sunday?
Yes!

I'd love to sleep the day away followed by breakfast and cuddling in bed, maybe some reading, lol.... and no my Sundays are nothing at all like that.

LOL, I feel your pain! I know my kids are less needy at this stage of the game, but still no way they will let me spend all day lounging in bed.

I like to do some kind of family activity on Sunday - a hike in the mountains, fishing, picnic, working on some project at home, etc. We usually do something along those lines.
Torrow we plan to pack a lunch and go on one of the scenic drives in the mountains to see the fall colours.

That sounds great! We don't get to see those wonderful color changes living in Florida.

We went for a drive yesterday in the mountains near Boulder. We had lunch in a small mountain town we've never been to before, and even though it began raining after lunch, saw some beautiful scenery and got a few good photos. Next weekend, we'd like to go for a hike in the same area.

Here is one, but it is raining so even though there are 14,000+ mountains in the background, you can't see them :)

Wow Cat. What a breath taking view! Thanks for sharing the photo -- those are the scenes I miss since moving South.

Hi Bears,

Is your game night for the whole family or just you and SO? I know neither of my kids enjoy playing board games with us. Once in a while, we can get them to play a card game, but even that's not very often.
