If my partner had STD testing recently and the results are clear...Is it truly safe to continue having sexual relations with him?
He has no signs of anything..no symptons...etc.

First of all, how recently is recently? Has he had unprotected sex since he had the test? Did you SEE the test, or did he just say he had one?

Unfortunately, for most STD's......there ARE no symptoms for men...they just spread it to women who then have the symptoms. There are also some that a woman wouldn't know she had unless she was tested for them. There is no way for you to tell by looking whether or not he has anything, except maybe herpes, and unfortunately, condoms don't always protect a woman from herpes.

No, he had the test about two months ago. He has not had sex with other women since then-as far as I know. We are basically together the majority of the time, so I can't imagine him having time to do so. I have a copy of the results, which state the tests were negative. The doctor issued tests for everything...urine, blood, and the syringe thingie test.

I just looked over the sheets,
He was tested for HIV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphillis...they were all negative
