Okay, do yall know of any relaxing excercises i can do so that i can get past my pelvic muscles during penetration?
And also, my boyfriend can not keep an erection when he has a condom on... any advice?
Thanks.

With all your posts lately, if you're getting tensed up that he has difficulty penetrating you or you have pain, are you sure you are ready to have sex?
There are no "exercises" to relax. Relaxation comes from your mind, not your body. When you're TRULY ready to have intercourse, you'll be relaxed. For now, you should just stop trying to force it, because you're in fear of the pain...and fear means tension. There are so many things he can to to give you pleasure....and intercourse is just one of them. You can "satisfy" him orally or manually, so you can both be happy without intercourse. The more you keep trying, the harder it will be. Just give it a rest for a while.
If he can't keep an erection with a condom, then unless you want to get pregnant, you need to get on some form of birth control. You have to see a doctor for that, too!
Just to clarify things, I already am on birth control.
Also, I'm not interested in just intercourse. I'd like to also be able to have a new way to masturbate and I'd like to finally be able to use tampons.
Another thing, I'm sick of pleasuring my boyfriend manually and orally. While incredibly erotic and empowering (for me at least) it is NOT enough. Plus, he sucks at oral so I'm not getting much out of it all.
Thanks for your responses.
You can use tampons whether or not you're a virgin.
