Is sex a determinant?

Hi,
Do you think having sex right away (second or third date) determines whether there will be a relationship or not? I am interested in what guys think about girls who give it up early. Does it really matter at all, because I think if you really like a girl it should not matter when you have sex. Thanks in advance for your responses!

It would be wonderful if all guys thought alike, then there could be a "rule book"......but that's not how it works. All guys are different, they all think differently, and you can only follow your OWN instincts when dealing with a particular guy.
There are guys who are only looking for sex, and when they get it, they may or may not stay around for a while. There are others who truly care about the woman, and that seals the deal. Then there are some who are ambivalent, have sex (or not) and after a while, they develop feelings.
There ARE probably guys who will accept the sex, but at the same time NOT respect the woman that gives it to them. And there are also probably a few guys who'd wait for marriage. As you read here, there are also some who aren't interested at all!
Again, they're all different, and in the end, the decision is yours, yes or no.
It all depends on the guy and what goes on (if anything) after having sex with him.
