A female friend and I were having lunch in the lunch room at work. Our lunch was almost over, and we were talking about bj. My friend has been dating this guy for around 6 months now and she is really getting into the taste of his cum.
Well like I said lunch was almost over, and in comes the new girl in the office. She sits down close to us, and at first we stop talking about bj, and invited her to sit with us. She said no thank you, knowing that we were getting ready to return to work. Plus she said that she had a book to read for some night classes she was taking.
Well we went back to talking about oral sex, and nothing else was said. Two hours later my friend and I were called down to human resourse. The manager told us that they had a complaint of sexual harrasment, and they were looking into it. She explained that we both could loss our jobs over this. Can you believe this, I was never so mad. My friend and I both told the manager that this same girl was telling us dirty jokes on Tuesday, and that is was about oral sex. In fact one of the jokes was about swallowing cum, and she made the comment that she enjoys it. So we didn't think twice about finishing our talk, when she didn't come sit by us.
I can't believe that you can be writtne up for sexual harrasment, just by having a private conversation about it. My friend agreed with me, that we are staying away from this girl and we both have to watch ourselfs. I have my dh come by, and she is starting to have her guy come by so we can have them for lunch. I can just see it now, I will be called down to human resource because this girl smelled cum on my breath.
So everyone watch your back at work both men and woman can get hit with sexual harrasment.

Think yourself lucky. In this country, if all things had been the same, except that you were a guy, you WOULD have been fired and quite possibly made to apologise and pay compensation for emotional distress. The employer would have also been fined. If they didn't have a sexual harrassment clause and procedures stated in the employment contract (and that's A LOT of small businesses) the employer would have been dragged through the coals and fined thousands for not having workplace policy.
I know a guy that got fired for sexual harrassment because he made a passing comment to one of the women that he worked with one morning when he said that her legs looked great in that skirt. I think that was over the top but the legal expenses and hassle for him to fight it were unreasonable.
While I think that everyone has to be careful about sexual harrassment and what they say and do around the people that they work with, I also think that the world has gone crazy. Walk in on two guys talking and don't like the conversation? Get the hell out of the room or make a polite comment asking them to change the subject. Sure, prosecute the guys that actively use sexual conversations and comments as a form of harrassment. I have no problem with that. But your situation is crazy.
Political correctness is out of control.
damn! well, i'll be coming to the states, miami, for work for a couple months from july to september. i'll probably get arrested for smiling at someone and giving a good morning kiss on the cheek!!
lol, jokes aside, that's sick. if someone's bothering you, go ahead and do what you gotta do, but if two people are having a conversation you don't like, what's the problem with sitting somewhere else?
considering you had joked about sex before with her and she was easy about it, could she be wanting one or both of you out of the way to help her carreer out or something?
hmmm...
anyway, good luck!
Granted, this was a private conversation between two consenting adults but it WAS at work and everything we do is scrutinized at work. We all know that.
Unfortunately, your coworker decided to OVERreact rather than just move further away so as not to hear your conversation, or ask you to keep the details of your sex lives to yourselves.
