Shaking after sex...

I just started an intimate relationship with a really close friend/my crush for the past 4 months and we finally had sex for the first time today. I haven't had sex for about 10 months so I thought having sex again would hurt...but to my surprise, it didn't hurt at all! However, during sex my legs started shaking uncontrollably! That's never ever happened to me before until today. My legs started shaking like crazy and I made him pull out because it got really weird, it kinda freaked me out. After he pulled out I continued to shake for about 10 minutes...I'm only 22 and it's never happened to me before.

Is leg shaking a good thing or a bad thing?

I used to do that a lot and still do sometimes. I think its normal but if you have real doubts or if it bothers you ask your gyn. They'll be able to tell you if it is or not. ITH!

Hi bebe & welcome to the board!

Sex sometimes hurts the first time that you have it because your hymen is being torn away. Many virgins do not have intact hymens and thus there is no pain, but once you have had sex, the hymen is gone and there shouldn't be pain in the future. If you do experience pain in the future, it is most likely from lack of lubrication.

About the legs shaking....the only time my legs shake is when I'm cold or when I'm about to have or having an orgasm. Although they have never shook for ten minutes, and I would think if you were afraid then that would have stopped your orgasm mid-stream if that is what it was. Could it be possible that the blood had drained from your legs from being in one position for too long (like up in the air) or that you have problems with poor circulation?

Hmmm... I would check it out to be on the safe side.

But when the pleasure is intense even if I'm not ready to cum, sometimes my legs start to shake pretty badly. Like they're having severe muscle spasms. I've learned for me that for some reason during this shaking the pleasure intensifies. It doesn't seem to carry through, like it will start, then stop and start again when I cum. Maybe test to see if the same thing happens when you're alone taking care of yourself? I know some women, myself included can shake after powerful orgasms. And up to 10 min sounds about right. But it's not violent shaking by any means, just more like trembling.

Hope this helps some...

i've never had super crazy shaking, but i'll have a lot of twitching all over my body. i think what happened is ok, but i'm not to experience. i think i could last 10 mins. i often lay there shaking/twitching afterwards.

the only thing is was it shaking from being so amazng or was it just random shaking? mine is usually b/c of amazingness
