Shaving pubic hair

I am new here so I don't know if this subject has been discussed. If there are any shavers here, have you ever shaved completely right before going to the doctor for a check-up or physical? If so, did the doctor or (his or her)nurse make a comment about you being shaved. My wife has a doctors appointment today for a physical and I shaved her completely. I have a physical next week and I intend to shave also. We have a woman doctor.

Welcome to the board glock.
I've never shaved bare, but I think it's fairly common today for people to shave bare (or women have a landing strip), or to get waxed. I think the doctor has probably seen it all, and wouldn't really comment unless there was something wrong (like a razor burn maybe).
Doctors don't "comment" or "judge" their patients. They are there to look after their health. I doubt if they would care if you dyed it green! Being shaved is probably nothing compared to some of the things they see.....tattoos, piercings, etc.
You ask as though you're doing it purposely to see what the doctor will do or say, and I doubt if she cares one way or the other.

Doctors judge their patients all the time. Doctors are just regular people and are susceptable to poor judgemnet, taste, and ethics just as the rest of us are. Do you really think that doctors can just turn off their social perceptions as soon as a patient walks into the room? Doctors are told not to make judgemental remarks or let their personal opinions of their patients' character affect their medical judgement. Lots of doctors can't even manage to that let alone strictly regulate their internal dialogue and opinions.
Not to say that a doctor will think badly of the OP for shaving. Lots of people shave and I think that is something that they see all the time.
