Should a guy be retested for diseases if he was last tested in Jan or Feb, and has been with about 2 or 3 women since then? Every encounter was protected.

Yes, condoms are not 100% effective in preventing STDs.

Yep. In theory ever sexual encounter has a risk of passing on diseases. If he's been with other women since he was tested he could have picked something up - so, Yes, to be sure he needs testing.

My first question is why the need to be reteted? Is because you suspect he passed something on to you or is it that you are concerned that you passed something on to him? Another question that I have is have you been with anyone else except him? Have you been tested? Reason being, I am trying to figure out the risk of him not being re-tested based on the statement protection with the others was used and trying to figure out the need to have him rested, again. Without further information, all encounters were with protection and you have not been with anyone else in the same time frame I would say there is no need for him to be retested due to the risk not justifying the need to be retested.

how would i go about asking ? he has more experience than me,( i haven't had sex), and he probably thinks i'm making a big deal, since he uses condoms always.

Maybe you should be reconsidering sex with the guy. If he's been with 2-3 women in the last few months, that's not a very good track record with having meaningful relationships. That may not be the ideal person for your first time.

If you can't talk to him about STDs, then you shouldn't even consider having sex with him.
