Sleep Teasing?

LOL. Okay I have heard of sleep walking, but sleep teasing? My BF will do things to tease me while he is sleeping. He plays with my boobs, or rubs between my legs. Last night he grabbed my hand (at 3:30am) and placed it on his hard on. I actually rubbed it for a little bit, but it was apparent that he was asleep. When I ask him about it the next morning he never remembers doing it, he doesn't even remember what he was dreaming about. He always tells me that if he starts doing it that I can wake him up and go at it, but I know he needs his sleep. Although one of these nights I might not be able to resist.

I'm a very light sleeper, so it always wakes me up. I also have quite a high libido, so it doesn't take much to get me horny. Hehe. At least it doesn't happen every night. It never happens on days that we do have sex. It's not a big deal, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

It's the same thing as sleepwalking. He's asleep, and his subconcious is directing his movements. He's not necessarily "dreaming" about anything, and if he is, he won't remember it (just as most people don't remember most of their dreams). He's not "teasing" you.....at least not consciously.

If you do "take advantage" of the situation, he may wake up, or he may not. He may remember it the next day, or he may not.

He's not alone, many people do this or even stranger things in their sleep.

Oh, I know he is doing it unconsciously, and is completely innocent in the whole thing. I just think it is kind of funny that this is the only thing he does in his sleep. I wonder if it would happen if he was sharing a tent with a buddy. Yikes, that could be embarrassing. Or does his unconscious know if he is sleeping next to a woman versus a man. And I wonder if he is sleeping alone if he rubs on himself or the pillow or does nothing at all.

My DH does some fairly odd things in his sleep when he is overly tired or stressed out. Unfortunately, none of them are sexual (LOL). He rarely remembers anything about what he has done.

I doubt that your guy would do the same in a tent with a buddy. I think the person would have to be sleeping in the same bed (or sleeping bag) with him, and I doubt that would occur.

I know you said he doesn't do this if the two of you have had sex that night. On the nights that he does do it, is he overly tired or stressed? Any triggers you can identify that might encourage his behavior?

Well, I know right now he is very tired and stressed, which is why I would never just wake him up at 3:30 in the morning because I happen to be a little horny. I'm not sure if he was feeling this way the previous times it has happened. We haven't been sharing a bed for very long. I'll have to pay more attention.

My hubby does that atleast once a week. I'm not sure if he would stop if I didn't do anything in response or not but I love to take care of him. So I usually spread my legs for him or let him suckle my breast then he'll get on top of me and go to town. Rollover and go back to sleep. It makes me really horny. I usually get up and go take care of myself in another room. Sometimes he remembers in the morning sometimes he doesn't. I'm sure he's dreaming about sex when he starts touching me. He's always horny.

Sounds like fun :) I am sharing a bed occasionally with a new boyfriend myself. I hope he does that lol ... I can get it on half asleep and enjoy it then still go back to sleep.

Just hope that it doesn't bother you being woken up like that occasionally because the one guy that I did live with that did that woke me up almost every night. After a few months of that even though I was sleeping enough I felt sleep deprived from being woken up every night.

LOL. I usually don't have time to respond. It usually only lasts a few seconds then he stops. Just long enough to wake me and get me a bit aroused :)

He was actually awake once when he started "groping" me. And it was a great way to wake up. It was some very HOT sex that night. Mainly because we both wanted it so bad that we had to have it right there and then. Neither one of us were thinking about sleep that night.

It's not an every night occurrence, so I'm not feeling too sleep deprived.

Thanks for sharing.

My boyfriend "sleep teased" me the other night. I just thought it was pretty funny because I'm fully asleep and all of a sudden I wake up to him touching me. I asked him if he was having a dream but he never remembers his dreams. That wasn't the first time that has happened. It's just interesting to read that this happens to many other people.

This is actually a lot more common that people realize. It is a mild form of sexomnia (yes, it's actually recently been acknowledged as a sleeping disorder). Sexomnia is like sleep walking - it's sex or sexual acts during sleep. I found out about five years ago that I masturbate in my sleep and often initiate sex in sleep as well. My bf and I both have sexomnia and it seems to happen more often on nights we don't have sex. Neither of us mind, really, but it is funny when we wake up in the middle of the night having sex and we don't know how it started or who started it!
