I ordered from a sex toy company that I had never ordered from before the company is popular on the searches for sex toys ranked #1. I assumed it must be the best company before my items were shipped in three shipments even though I placed one order. They offered free shipping at least after you purchase over a certain amount and the prices were not too bad. I placed a pretty large order. I was angry when the first package arrived with three items inside saying that the next items would be shipped and so on. I thought this could not be normal. I ordered from a great company I found by typing in edible strawberry panty. It is called http:www/ichotpleasures.com the adult online store and my package came quick and all the items were shipped at once. I thought to myself this will be a real fun weekend with the hubby!

Hi

On your first order, you obviously ordered more than 3 items. More than likely, the company was out of stock on your other items and rather than delay your receipt any longer than needed, they shipped what they had in stock. Have you received the balance of your order yet? If not, I would suggest contacting them to see what the problem is.

Welcome to the board shearich. I'm a little confused -- did you order from 2 companies? One that sent a partial order and one that sent a complete order?

In the case of the company that sent a partial order, did they e-mail you about your shipment? It is common for companies to ship what is available and backorder the rest of the order for shipment at a later time. Just keep watch for it, and ask them about it if it doesn't arrive in a couple of weeks.

Did they indicate when it would be shipped?

Hi! That makes since but I wish they would have included that information instead of just two forms stating when the items would come and the contents. I thought maybe they used different suppliers because I was not notified. When they emailed me they only notified me of one date the items would arrived. I thought if an item was out of stock they at least notify by email that it would be a delay.
