Vagina Tightness...

My man & I haven't had sex for a whole week, so we did tonight. After we had finished (he didn't even last 5 minutes, but that's beside the point), he said, "I thought you'd pu**y be tighter." (since it'd been a week) I asked him, "What? It was tighter last time?" He responded, "Yeah." I was hurt by this. "Well, maybe I should have it stitched up." I said. I was hurt by this, but atleast I appreciate him being honest with me. What should I do to strengthen my PC muscles? Kegel exercises? Does it actually work? Does it make your pu**y tighter? I heard it does. My man says that I satisfy him, but when he makes a comment like that, it makes me wonder... Please help!!! (I haven't had any kids or anything-- my vagina's too big, that's all!)

Kegel's can tighten the opening, not the inside of the vagina. And you're not too big. All vaginas are closed till you're aroused. You're just very aroused, and very lubricated. He doesn't have much tact, does he?

You satisfy him.....what about him satisfying you? You didn't say anything about that.

Hon, you need to shove a "sex 101" textbook down your boyfriend's throat.

I agree with the other's, his primary job is to please you, first, and drop the remarks.

>Kegel's can tighten the opening, not the inside of the vagina.

I'm curious on this one. I don't own a vagina, but am only a visitor. I thought kegel's tightened the vagina more than the opening? When inside and parter's say they are doing their kegel's, I feel that marvelous squeezing sensation not from the opening, but from just inside to quite a way back. It's always pressure along the length on the underside, but also on the sides for some partners.

While inside, guys crave that repeated squeezing, whatever the name. Do women get anything out of it?

If kegel's tighten the opening, can a woman develop such muscles to prevent re-entry when a guy repeatedly withdraws completely?

Colour me curious...

I need to remind myself to do my kegels each day. Maybe it'll feel "tighter" to him the NEXT time we have sex. Maybe he'll tell a little difference. God, I hope so.

sumguy,

I think you've got it right. The PC muscles developed by Kegels stretch all the way across the area, not just around the vaginal opening. These are also the same muscles that involuntarily contract during a woman's orgasm - an incredible feeling for the man who happens to be inside. BTW, men have PC muscles , too, and can develop them to increase erections, enhance arousal, and control ejaculation in order to have multiple orgasms.

Dear heart, do your Kegels if it makes you feel better abuot the whole thing. In the meantime, might I suggest a course in Sexual Basics 101 as well as remedial courses in Common Courtesy, Tact and Overall Compassion for Loved Ones for your SO. The vagina doesn't "stretch out" unless some trauma has occurred. Even after most child births, the vagina retains its "tightness". The vagina does SEEM less tight the more aroused its owner is. Is it possible your SO wasn't as aroused as he usually is? I have no idea if that is a valid question but it seems to me that if his penis wasn't as hard as usual, it would've seemed to him that your vagina wasn't as "tight".

We have sex like once a week... is this unusual? Is there something wrong?

How many times do you people have sex a week/ month?

He always says he's tired if I want to have sex. He says it's from working hard. I somewhat believe him. Is this just a dumb old excuse or what? Please help!!!
