DW's is most appealing when it's wet (like it was both last night and very early this moring).

Well, the topic seems to be rolling along now. Got to admit that the responses so far are a lot more poetic than I thought that they would be. The penis discussions seemed more, ummm..., what's the word, frank and practical in the descriptions, than all this stuff about 'flowers'.

Maybe I'm just feeling old and cynical today ;-)

Well West vulvas ARE very flower-like to me and alot of other guys too. I mentioned Georgia O'Keefe's paintings as a point of reference as well. Check them out for yourself if you haven't lately. They are about as vulva like as you can get to me and alot of women I know too. Extremely sensual.

I know a woman is crazy about (for) me when she opens her legs up and lets me look at her there - like "Hey, I really like you and trust you alot so I'm giving you a chance to see the most intimate, feminine part of who I am." Now that is totally soulful to me and incredibly erotic. Not too many women are that bold in my experience. I think it's because they are taught from a young age that "nice girls do NOT do that". I wish more women were bold that way with their lovers. I'm curious, do any women here do this for your lover?

Yes, flowers have always symbolized the vulva, in art and in writing.

And yes, blonde, I have always allowed my DH to look and explore....of course, it rarely ends with that.

blonde, can I ask you a favor. If it's too personal, you can skip it altogether.

In another post in discussion about how loose a woman feels, I asked that maybe some men who are smaller(or average) could tell us how the vagina feels to them? Does it feel loose to you because of your size or is it just as stimulating as it would be to a man of larger size?

I'd also be interested in hearing how many women feel comfortable opening themselves up to their SO, because no woman ever opened herself up to me like that, and I never saw anything that remotely resembled a flower, LOL. I remember back in the 70's when Penthouse began showing women posed that way I was surprised that they were able to find women who would do that. I know that it sounds more than a bit naive, but I had a difficult time believing that there were many women who would pose like that for their husband or boyfriend, much less for a photographer. Even though those kinds of poses are commonplace now on the internet, and even in magazines that you can buy at the airport, I still find it difficult to believe that there are many women who would do that, even for someone who they were intimate with. I'm probably wrong, it won't be the first time, but that's just my gut reaction based upon my experiences. I see that Kat and Tish have responded as I expected, wonder if it's going to be a landslide, LOL.
