I was wondering if there's anyone else out there that has a nauseated feeling the morning after a really intense session of sex. I know this may sound weird, but this has happened to me more than once and was just wondering what in the world it is and if anyone else has experienced this. I will anxiously await any responses!!!!!!!!!! Thanx in adavnce!

Ya know, I never noticed ;-). I HAVE noticed several times, though, that an intense lovemaking session will temporarily clear up a cold (all that adrenalin and all).

I only get the nausiating feeling after an intense love making session when we have a few drinks and engage long lasting love making.

Are you sure it's not just because you're hungry? I know if I exercise too much and burn off a lot of fuel, then I start to feel nauseous, and it happens after sex as well. Once I've eaten, I feel fine.

No, can't say that I have UNLESS we have been drinking the night before and I'm slightly hung over. But just from sex? No.

Gosh, you may be on to something! I never thought about that. You could be absolutely right. I'm not a big eater anyway, and suppers lately have been here and there, so maybe that's what it was. I just know that yesterday morning, I didn't feel like eating at all. I was a little hungrier at lunch, but still didn't eat. But then last night, I ate supper and felt better. I'll have to watch that!! Thanks so ever much!!!!!!!

I have never been through what you are describing, maybe the sex wasn't that good, but I have felt lite headed after masturbating. I am devorced now, but, when I was married the only time I ever felt sick was after we were drinking.

How much I eat depends what I'm doing. If I'm not doing much I can get away with eating very little. If I do a lot of exercise I need to eat a lot because my metabolism is quite fast, and it doesn't take long to burn off the energy. If I wake up feeling sick the morning after sex, the last thing I feel like doing is eating, and it sounds like you are like me - takes half the day to feel hungry enough to want to eat, but just eating a little bit at a time soon solves my problem!

Good luck, hopefully it's something as simple as that :).

Thank you! I believe what you say. It makes perfect sense to me! There was no alcohol involved, as a matter of fact, it's been a good month since I even had a single drop of alcohol, so I know that doesn't factor in at all. I was curious to see if it had anything to do with the hormones. It was a lot like morning sickness that lasted all day. I didn't think much the first time it happened, but after the 2nd and 3rd times, it left me wondering what in the world was going on! I'm not much of a eater, at all. To be honest, if I could without eating, I would! Maybe it sounds silly, but eating just isn't something I like to do. But, you've given me a new perspective, and so from now on I will at least eat if I know what the night will be bringing!! Once again, thank you!!!

Well, I was thinking that you might be a bit dehydrated as well. I am not sure how much of a sweat you two work up, but your fluids could be depleated. Try some extra water intake before and after.
