Wet while reading vampire novel?

My wife was reading in her panties in bed last night. She had a huge wet spot which she said came from reading vampire sex scenes. This led to me rubbing her and with her toy she came in orgasm. I was so inspired we had sex again tonight. Usually we only do it on the weekend.

Anyone else get wet when reading and it leading to sex?

I can't remember if it's ever lead to sex, but I've definitely gotten horny when reading novels and needed to masturbate afterwards. I wonder if your wife was reading Anne Rice. I remember reading an Anne Rice book years ago which did that to me.

Of course! I read and write erotica, which often, though not always, includes vampires.

hello brad,

My wife gets very turned on from reading and she too loves vampire books and movies.

She has read Twilight and the other books and I took her to see the movie. Let's just say it lead to some really good sex that night.

I sent you an email, hope to hear back from you.

Welcome to the board, Tennisjunkie ~ it's nice to see you joining in.

Did you and your DW happen to watch the HBO series First Blood?

HELLO MISTY MAE,

No we are to cheap to pay for HBO. Did you watch the tv series "Moonlight" that was on CBS last year?

It did not come back this year, but my wife had a crush on the guy that played Mick St. John.

I didn't .... DH hates to watch TV with commercials, and has a happy trigger finger when it comes to channel surfing. Drives me nuts, so I usually don't watch TV at all.

We watched First Blood. It wasn't my favorite series I've ever seen -- none of the characters were very likable at the beginning, but by the end, it had gotten a lot better. We do like to watch one series a season together, and the others we have watched don't seem to be returning. We'll see what happens with this one.

We seem to watch a lot of TV together. It's just a way to be together and enjoy each other's company.

We don't go to a lot of movies, only ones that are must see, like Twilight for her and my daughter.

We tivo a lot of the tv shows we watch and blow through the commercials.

LOL... it sounds like your DH and my DW have the same channel surfing gene. Drives me nuts, too.

LOL, I thought for sure it was a testosterone induced, hahahaha.

He does it with music too, which I'll admit, I'm a little quicker to do as well. He's just a whole lot more picky about what song he will tolerate listening too.

Erotica, in general, is arousing...but I'm not into vampires.
