I have talked to multiple gynecologists and tried every suggestion possible and can't seem to find an answer.

This is purely a shot in the dark, but could the pain be from overly tight muscles around the vaginal opening. How large is your bf, how large are a guy are you accustomed to having? How do you relax for sex? If the muscles are too tight during penetration, it would seem that this would not only cause what

I'm surprised your doctors haven't mentioned some other possible causes, but it sounds like you're off to a good start, ruling things out by seeking medical attention.

Not being properly lubricated and aroused could cause you problems. If you fear that there will be pain, and you tense up, that could cause you pain. The fear will also keep you from naturally lubricating to the best of your ability.

Dear Sunshinegirl.

I'm sorry to hear you are having such a rough time.

Your situation reminds me of a similar one I had going on for three years in my late teens / early twenties. MY problem at the time was psychological. Like you, I tried all kinds of things that gynos and doctors suggested to me, I even had an operation to remove some tissue in the vaginal opening. But nothing worked.
Finally, I went to a psychologist and with her help, I came to realize, I simply was not attracted enough to my boyfriend at the time. In any case I was to young to be in such a serious relationship. I was in denial about it but it came out as this tightness in the vaginal area that seemed to disappear when I ended the relationship.

Now, please, don't think I'm advising you to run and break up with your boyfriend, but do consider talking to a therapist. Your problem might have more to do with your mind than your body.

Good luck,

Flounder.
