What if he left to go masturbate?

I originally was going to post this in my last thread, but this is important to me and I want a thread devoted just to my question.
So basically, I was "blue-balled" last night. For you ladies who don't know what that is, it's when a man is aroused after fooling around with a woman for a bit but she doesn't release him in any way and his testicles hurt afterwards. The best I can imagine it is, imagine getting punched in the boobs, having that total combined pain concentrated in a small area between your legs, and the pain won't go away.
I've always had this problem with girls I just started dating for the first time. They're into heavy making out for an hour or two but it's "too soon" for sex and I get frustrated because I don't get any release.
The girl I was with last night just wanted to watch a movie and cuddle after we had fooled around a bit, but I was suffering from the worst testicular pain I've had in a while. It's really difficult to enjoy a woman's company when it feels like someone kicked your testicles and didn't remove their foot.
So that leads to my question. Ladies, if you were fooling around with a man but you chose not to have sex or release him in any way, would you be offended if he took 5 minutes to go into the bathroom and masturbate? If it meant sparing him of discomfort or pain so he could enjoy being around you afterwards?

I'm with Misty.
No, it wouldn't offend me at all.
I have definitely had those kinds of situations happen to me. It can be very frustrating not getting that release. but my experience with blue balls is basically a nausea...a queezy feeling. Sometimes worse than others. but definitely noticeable and not fun.
I know everyone is different. but you describe being in real and serious discomfort. Are you sure there isn't more going on down there. I have had two friends who would end up with the kind of discomfort you seem to be describing.
They finally went to a doctor and he said that what was happening is the testicle when it gets pulled up close to the body (usually happens during arousal) the muscles and tubes and such inside the scrotum get tangled, and can cause mild to severe aches in the entire groin area. As unpleasant as it sounds, they got the "staple" as they referred to it. Done in an outpatient procedure. it's just something to hold the testicle down to the wall of the scrotum so it doesn't ride up too high and get tangled. If it is left too long blood and fluids get blocked by the kinked tubes inside and parts of the human body don't do well when blood gets blocked for long periods of time.
Just something to think about and maybe get checked.
I have a slightly dissenting view, but let me tell you where I am coming from.
sorry if this question is not appropriate or too personal
how could it be painful?
>>how could it be painful?
can anyone give a biological answer like clogged arteries / blockage to the brain cause strokes<<
I think that the theory goes something like "congestion". Congestion as in the blood rushes to the area and makes all sorts of things swell up - and without orgasm the muscles and blood vessels don't relax properly and it can take quite a bit of time for the congestion to relieve itself. The sensation produced ranges from mild discomfort to severe discomfort in the groin. No-one has ever died from it though!!
I believe that painful "blue balls" excuse has been used since time began by boys convincing their g/f's that a handjob or BJ was not just polite but actually life-saving.
I've experienced medium discomfort but not pain before. Difficult to describe the sensation.
