I agree. It's too easy to point out the obvious boob jobs. A great boob job is one that is in proportion with the rest of a woman's frame and completely natural-looking. I've seen very few of those, though. It's fun to sit in the mall, etc. and see who can spot the most boob jobs going by.

I remember doing that on the beach last year. There was a woman who had these fake boobs and DH and I couldn't stop staring - they were probably about a D cup, but they didn't have an ounce of natural weight. They looked like they were immune to gravity. Weird.

Another thing I notice is that fake boobs often get 'displayed' more than natural ones. Many women seem to end up wearing a top that says "Hey, look at my boobs". That whole slutty dressing factor which often seems to accompany the fake boobs is not nice.

I wanted to comment further on Westie's post where he mentioned the feel. Fake boobs feel weird - and very unnatural. The weight to size ratio is all wrong - they feel far heavier than they ought to for their size.

Anyway, my last thought is to agree with all the posters who've said that sexy comes from within. A woman with small boobs who is confident the way she is, is far sexier than one who needs manufatured sexiness.

"Immune to gravity" Hmmm. Pamela Anderson suddenly comes to mind. She looks like she's going to float away at any moment. She's had them done so many times and they're done so badly, she looks more like a blowup doll than a real woman. They're too high, too big, and too hard-looking. Wait! I think that's the idea, isn't it? LOL!

I've never felt any fake ones to be able to judge that...I just know the ones I've seen, look fake and obvious and like you said, they're being displayed in all their glory!

As Westie said, better to go one size smaller than one may like, than wind up looking unnatural, IMO.

Personally, I think a B is plenty. In 10 or 15 years, chances are gravity won't have as much of an effect on them. And less back pain. My DW is a D-cup and she's planning on getting a reduction.

Listen, obviously you are set on getting implants and nothing will stop you including all these posts.
I would go w/ a full C, I am a B and I would love to be a C just so I woudln't have to wear a bra...but i wouldn't go under the knife, i do too believe natural is beautiful.

But if implants will make you feel better about yourself and will give you confidence boost... GO FOR IT. Go w/ a natural look, which would be a full C for you. Good LucK! and make sure you choose a very good surgeon! You ever watch Dr. 90210 on E Chanel? He does a great job btw!

the question you have to ask yourself is in 20 years do you want your boobs hanging to your waist, knees, or ankles -

Hi obx2004: (My Mom and Grandma both had breast cancer)

AFTER a woman gets implants, the good mammagram would be harder to achieve. Also, women have stated of getting back aches partly due to large breasts....

A couple of women at work have good size breasts. I do like looking at the women!

I'm a big fan of breast implants and wish more women would get them.

I voted full C, because I think that's plenty big for most women. Too big looks less attractive; a good full C-cup looks womanly.

It's a shame that detractors of implants hold up over-inflated E-cups as examples. These are not typical and not appealing, except in a gawker sort of way. There are millions of A- and B-cup women out there who would look much, much better looking with little boost. These are the women we should be encouraging to get implants, not over-inflated stripper types.

No one should encourage anyone else to alter their body.

If you want, we can use Hollywood as an example. You would think that they'd have the money to buy the BEST that there is out there, right? Here's a link to some of the Star's alterations(including boob jobs. Not all of the boob jobs are "F" or better, some are very proportionate to their body type, but yet they just don't look quite "natural."
